I talked to a few insurance agents and have received mixed messages on if earth quake coverage is actually needed.

Having finished my MBA in Finance and additional courses beyond that in Real Estate including real estate accounting, and tax software on the market, I figured I know enough, taxes are simply typing numbers onto forms, so why on earth would I pay nearly a thousand a year in CPA fees.
