From what you’ve said, paint, flooring, cleaning of the HVAC system, and a session with an ozone generator would be wise.

First they offer a free session, then you just have to pay a small amount for a little more, then they hit you with the .... but if you really want to learn and have access to everything you will need to pay $$$ to be a real member !!!

They also offer education classes and free ask a lawyer sessions, rental owner mixers, etc.
