@Sardar Mustafa Khan Almost every house loan out there has a “due on sale” clause, which means....the loan is required to be paid off in full if the borrower transfers title of the property to anyone else.It’s a gamble as to whether the lender finds out the title was transferred (obvious when the name on the insurance changes) and whether or not the loan will be called due.

The only reason one would do that is it speculate on the values going up (gamble) or because they need a heavy loss for tax purposes.
