And the times when I find and negotiate a great deal if any investor that is already getting a good deal from me wants to cry about what I am making they only need to tell me to take them off my list of buyers and I will because I don't like to deal with greedy people.

To me that's just someone being too greedy; yes  the profit is very important,  but in wholesaling it's more about the volume.

This guy should be locked up in jail for abusing the court system for his own greedy purposes.Idiots like that make tenants overall look bad.Probably a good idea for landlords before renting to a tenant to make sure they either get pics of the properties condition beforehand or maybe a video going over the whole homes condition.Of course doing background checks with other landlords in addition to credit checks would be a no brainer.

The only difference is you then require the buyer and selling to complete 100+ pages of "Don't sue me cuz I'm just the greedy real estate agent and I know absolutely nothing" disclosures.
