Boylan Heights is near Cameron Village, which has all of the shopping/activities you could ever need, plus access to downtown.

Folks that make those type of allegations typically have no idea what actually goes into operating a rental property.

I personally prefer the areas north of base: Cameron, Sandford, Anderson Creek, and Southern Pines.

If the custodian is a co-investor it leads to the possibility of competing interests and at the very least an allegation, by say the non-custodial parent or another family member, of impropriety.
