Have you taken a look at setting up your own Podio workspace(s)?  

I’d start by creating a virtual space to manage everything like google workspace (for business) so you can have a centralized storage space for all files and access them remotely. 

The free version is great and you can allow up to 25 people to join the workspaces you create.

His assistant has to upload it to your workspace for you.  

I found the constantly shrinking more and more office to cube to open work space plans to be devastating to those needs.In the commercial space, we are going to see more and more businesses call it quits. 

I want a separate workspace for each property, but I want to be able to grab one of those lists whenever needed to insert onto a property workspace so I can check each item off.What do you suggest?  

I have pretty much figured out the build-out for a non real estate company - the only thing I am stuck on is how to communicate between the workspaces ( which I can figure out by playing with it) and how to get your contractors using it ( invites etc).

And it seems Mayor Michael Tubbs must've stumbled onto my post and read it (or at least I like to think so) because big moves are happening with Stockton's Open Window Project.From the first page of the report (pay special attention to sections I emphasized):"The ‘Open Window Project’ (OWP) Master Development Plan (MDP) for Downtown Stockton proposes to create the framework, urban design standards and guidelines for the urban regeneration of the heart of the City transforming it into a vibrant, mixed use, mixed-income, pedestrian friendly neighborhood.The MDP envisions transforming 11.884 net acres on 51 individual parcels over 15 city blocks into a dense urban environment with as many as 1,400 new dwellings together with retail stores, live/work lofts, and work spaces.

As businesses expand work-from-home scenarios and de-densify workspace, investors anticipate declines in the office market.
