Keeping your cash flow separate is smart, but you might as well make that money work for you.I’d look into a high-yield savings account or money market account—at least you’ll earn some interest while keeping it accessible.

We have sold (tax free), kept as long term and/or short term rentals as well.

you'll probably still need something long term like software as others have suggested but this was a thought i had... you could see the actual profit or loss from a tax perspective for each property.

1M seems low and I'd like umbrella, but appears I'm unable to get it as far as I'm aware.

Will start to investigate those areas more I’m also interested in looking into areas like Sharjah and Ajman.

If anyone has used a software they like that still posts on Zillow in the past 6 months please share! 

I would like to get your recent experiences with rent to retirement - positives and negatives. 

But I've seen some solid properties in Akron as well that had good cash flow, but definitely seeing rents in Cleveland a bit higher right now
