I do not have a Ring camera (buying one now) and when I reported it to Airbnb they basically said if I can’t prove it there is nothing they can do.Any suggestions?

I certainly wouldn't want to be somebody's servant just waiting for them to ring the bell.

Or do you use a combination of something like a ring camera and schlage lock?

I have found that at several of the STR properties where I have stayed have cameras monitoring the outdoor areas (ring cams, nest, security cameras).

I put it all in sleeves in a thin 3 ring binder.I add all sorts of brochures, flyers, menus etc from all the local places in sleeves as well.

They sold us on a software access for 1 yr, and was told it would be up and running when I got home, and my phone would be ringing once it was set up (it didn't).
