Is Las Vegas' market overvalued today if casino/entertainment venues aren't going to open or resume traffic for a year? 

Maybe I'm too new at this, but I still like going to CE courses at different venues and with different instructors ON PURPOSE. 

In my area of the country, if you are seeking a money judgment for up to $5000, small claims court is the venue.

- provide a rock solid lease - those are easy to come by online - good advertising venues are HomeAway, VRBO, FlipKey, Airbnb, and believe it or not Craigslist has always been a solid provider of guests for us. - be better than your competition - put up GREAT photos (spend $ for professional ones it's worth it!)

Putting the merits aside, suit would be filed in the county where the work was done, unless the contract specified a venue of action.  

In a more liberal venue (like Dallas County), a judge might have said, "Well, what's it hurt to delay the hearing a little bit."

I want to create a list of possible locations for easier planning for future meetups.So if you would like to recommend a venue, post it here and I will add them to the list I have started creating.
