That will cover a lot of previously uncovered area in the state!

My best analogy would be Sonic having 168,000 drink options - to accomplish this, they are likely only operating form a handful of products, matched multiple times with other products. 

Be prepared to resolve them after you get the property   Will an O&E report uncover all liens & judgements against the property & owner/s  or  is it best to check them all out seperatly ?   

It is so nice to learn more as we try to sort this out.

It prevents wear in the heavy use part of the stairs and provides sure footing than uncovered stairs, which can be slick and dangerous.

For example, if the seller is pushing you to close on time, you may have uncovered a land mine.   

A lot of my preliminary research has uncovered lots of papers on residential real estate booms and busts in this time period, but it's been tough finding strictly CRE papers.

As well, an inspection 'should' uncover any issues / damage and can be addressed in the PSA vs doing it after contract and used for 're-negotiations'.Good luck.
