Here's some info on it for anyone who is somewhat local to the area:The Fayetteville subgroup of the Triangle area REIA in North Carolina (called TREIA) meets the second Thursday of every month.

She is excellent and has been ranked in the top 25 residential realtors in triangle for the last 6 years.

Triangle Risk Advisors is who I use and they have been doing an awesome job for me.

It's called the wealth triangle (high income job + scalable business = capital to invest in cash flowing, appreciating assets with tax benefits) That's what I do at least.

I know that one PM I spoke to stated that there is an area in the 53206 area code dubbed the "Triangle of Death" and he nor his staff will go there.  

This was before I was licensed as an agent, but we used Michael Resavy who also works around the triangle.
