Unbelievable what transpired he could of been tops in industry for years.

It just makes them inactive, so that if you ever had to go to court again, let's say a year later they come back and sue you, you still have a record in QuickBooks of everything that transpired. 

Also, I would take some time to reflect on what transpired and see if you can use this experience as a way to strengthen your tenant screening process.

If all this transpires in 2019, the question is how much of the debt service amount in interest can I deduct from the new refinanced amount on both Schedule A and Schedule E and going forward in subsequent years if side A is rented?

The only concern which I've encountered with prefab/modular construction vs. stick built site homes is transpiration degradation.
