These are the three zipcode that I am eyeing on right now : 73128, 73170 and 73135(I think this is near the AFB).  

and expanding your search radius probably 1-2 hours out as others in the thread suggested.the market is definitely tough right now.

Usually there's a lockup period (often three years) in note funds, so you can't use that cash to do direct note investing.

If all three units are on long-term leases that don't expire soon, you'll likely exclude many potential buyers.
