Their "teams on the ground" are supposed to be vetted.

Anyone who has to pay for good reviews, deletes any critical comments and blocks those people, and can't answer any real follow-up questions when someone digs into what their word-salad comment is actually supposed to mean (like when he tried to explain how to handle a due on sale clause on here a few months back, and made up a ridiculous answer that we all called him out on because it was wrong, then he stopped commenting), is a little sketchy IMO.

@Brady Hales @Jason Marino, aren't you supposed to register this WY LLC in the state you are living in as it is considered doing business from that states and then losing the anonymity purpose of that WY. my understanding is that the reason to put it into a irrevocable trust is for asset protection purpose as you do not own these properties anymore. what am I missing ?

I am supposed to enter the agreement with an LLC and I am wondering if I would be able to re-purpose an LLC that we set up in Ohio earlier this year but never did anything with.

My hesitation is that after accounting for all of the items you are supposed to account for when analyzing a deal, the CoC return on the down payment is pretty much negligible initially.
