I may look at out-of-state investing in the future, but I think good deals can be found locally (which I think you acknowledged).

My first questions are what price range are you trying to buy a property in and do you have a home already in the United States?

the other reason wholesalers wont get licensed is the guru's tell them they don't need it and its legal in very state ( which it is not) and the reasons you don't want a license are as I mentioned the fiduciary laws..
