When searching for clients I usually suggest starting with ones inner circle and good old grass roots marketing.

No need to add an LLC when you're just starting out.

I don’t know when an LLC starts to pay off if you don’t have any partners.

@Paige Gardner HM is a great way to get started however understand that it is SHORT TERM FINANCING 6-18 months. 

Being first to reach out and introduce your solutions is key with probate from what i have read from studying othres.preF+ liens can be seen online. 

Building a trusted team is key, so starting that process as you actively search for your market will put you in a strong position moving forward.
