@Kristin MathernI would pay it given no keys were provided, it wasn’t specifically addressed/mentioned in your lease, you were provided the opportunity to address/fix yourself with a 25-30 dollar replacement from Lowe’s/Home Depot, and lastly, it was an existing situation that could have been avoided/prevented at move in.

Why ask: You want to know the mentor’s qualifications, expertise, and track record in the specific area you need help with.

I've used the search feature on this forum but didn't have much luck.Are there any US investors, hard money lenders, or groups that invest in flips outside of the United States, specifically in Europe (Netherlands, Spain, etc.)?

Specifically, must this be a commercial/business loan type where you have higher rates and shorter loan life or is there an alternative loan type? 

Specifically, what qualifies as "flooding" to be disclosed.

Listen to podcasts, read books, and if you plan to invest in the Netherlands find some resources that speak to that market specifically.

Podcasts on the way to and from work, and read a book right before bed, maybe even squeeze a few minutes into browsing some specific topics in the forums.
