I am surprised they havent put a limit per person. for those with noses full of dust, i strongly reccomend a neti pot, get distilled water in gallon jugs and the special neti pot powder mixture, it cleans all the junk out of your nose and sinuses.

But for a rental, just do what needs to be done, renters won't turn up their nose because there is some hardwood and not everywhere.

Worst case scenario though is I slash the price and I break even or rent them out for a small amount of cash flow and sell when the market turns back up if it does indeed take a nose dive.
