Hi Dean - we had access to a DSCR product until a couple weeks ago - it's currently paused, per my conversation with one of the loan brokers I work with. 

Do that for six months while you save more before making a decision on what to do, especially on doing it out-of-state.

Air Force basic training happens here, so every week there is a big batch of families coming to see their kids graduate. 

I won't say how many offers we make on properties for ourselves or clients in a typical week. 

In the end, it would have made more sense to hire a couple handymen for a week or two than me spending 3 weeks installing flooring, base and case.

The previous owner had it listed with them for weekly summer rentals.

That means weekly on going preventative maintenance fixing small problems before they become big problems. 

I’m actually in Arizona at one of our properties until the beginning of October but am planning to be back in that first week.
