My other idea was golf simulators.

We've actually developed a simulator which enables us to model discounted cash flows over several possible scenarios ...

I don't like giving free money to the banks haha , I want to simulate 3% amortization table. 5-10 years from now when I sell again, The house has little debts.Cash-flow I will get it from Debt funds anyway ( I become the lender) :)

I've been trying to simulate the calculations on different listings around here just to practice the process and I kept seeing negative cash flow so thought maybe I was doing the math wrong/not enough units/just a poor investing area, but I think having the attitude that someone is paying for much of your mortgage and one day you can capitalize and be positive is probably the right strategy to have around here.

Even though I knew I wasn't going to bid anything I wanted to simulate that I was.

Here is a simulation using a $150K Purchase Price with 25% Down.

The stipulation was: "This simulates a person depositing their Monthly Income into the line of credit at the beginning of the month, paying Monthly Non-PI Expenses via a credit card, then using the line of credit to pay off the credit card AND the Monthly Loan Payment at the end of the month." 

People will be happy to be fit with little to no effort and will live forever in simulation servers and whatever becomes of quantum computing will help organize the undeniable concern of over population.

(I ran a mortgage amortization simulation, if vendor is not looking for a lump sum, they can still get a nice monthly profit).
