When I tried following up with Delta, they did not have an answer for me and simply said that they would just stop all progress on my construction until I made the payment for the first draw.

There have been a few people that have done Sub2’s that come on here bragging about it.. those that do come on here bragging about seem to be helping someone promote their product/mentoring , have a product or mentoring they are trying to remote directly or indirectly themselves, or simply do not understand the landscape of Bigger Pockets site.

I've asked my clients a similar question and have developed tools for them to minimize this, but I find there are a few different types of clients.Manager managed - these folks have no issues as they simply upload their year end statement from their property manager, their 1098 mortgage statement and any other one-off expenses they may have paid for outside of the management company.
