I would let the tenant know that you're attempting to resolve this further with the Title Company on their behalf however they should remit rent to you immediately and file a small claims filing against the seller to recoup the rent. 

A PM offers so many additional services in addition to things you cannot do yourself - like simply having a 3rd party between you and the tenant.

As far as I know, they no longer do arbitrage after losing a significant amount of money attempting to make it work.

You could simply let them know that your schedule is busy and they need to schedule a time with you in advance.
