You know what they say.....Some people don't know what they don't know.sometimes I think civilians don't realize that real estate brokers are independent contractors and do not work at their pleasure. its the other way around.. 

I have also had the pleasure of teaching, coaching, educating, and inspiring other contractors to build better and be cognizant of their value and necessity when helping others realize their dreams.

Being a violent, sexual predator, isn't like stealing from the local store.

I get credit score, history and criminalbackground checks for felony on state and federal levels, homeland security list check, sexual predator lists and eviction history. 

Money doesn't ask about sexuality when it changes hands.I know I'd be considered a completely sexist jerk to give the same advice to a young woman interested in this, find a good guy to be with, but the numbers are really hard to argue with.

I had one woman apply to rent from me and then learned her boyfriend just got out of prison for sexual assault.it doesn't matter who is footing the bill.
