City owned home- occupied ?
Hello, All! It has been a pleasure joining the BP community! As I have been going through many posts I have been learning but still have a lot to learn. As one can tell I am new here and I am looking to get started in the market. I found a City owned property. The property says: Tenant status- Occupied.
Say for example I was to purchase this property, what would the process be for something like this?! Thanks!
