The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

Look for multis with separate entrances in different areas like one door in front for one unit and a door on the side or back for another.

It's an awesome way to jump into RE yes its scary at first but as long as you have a criteria going in it eases some of the emotions during the process my biggest thing was lower my cost or keeping it the same.

We used to have the commercial unit and the apartments as separate buildings but that caused other issues.
