Anyone of these "solutions" need, contrary to what they or some users will try to make you believe, not days or weeks but months of learning (been there, done that); not just keywords, but SEO and several other marketing strategies to make it all work.

They will do the "same" marketing techniques for all their clients, a tweak here and a tweak there...SEO and most forms of marketing should be done in house.

So far on my channel I have 3.6k subscribers ,1.14MM total views , and about 76 videos generating growth in a short period of time using the Youtube algorithm and Google Search Engine Optimization(SEO).

Let's just say you were ultra frugal, no signs, no flyers, just a website and you are a superstar at SEO and building websites.

SEO is a good way to gain traction along with video blogs etc...networking Property management is very competitive!!

The use of SEO(search engine optimization) is now obscene (aka ineffective) as Google runs it's own rules.The only place your URL or domain name is relevant is on your business card.Spend your time/effort elsewhere.

Direct mail, bandit signs, social media, classified ads, and SEO are other ways to find leads.
