I can't speak to the condo conversion process in your municipality this is something to weigh as well.

I use a loan servicer who processes the borrowers payment and then sends to me.

I'm entertaining hiring Egyptians because many of my colleagues have had great experience using them recently, but I've managed hundreds of VAs over my 10 years of investing with the majority of them being from the Philippines.Having a hiring process will determine the quality of applicants you receive. 

The solution is currently free for investors to create an account, enter your properties, identify your goals AND run hypothetical scenarios for taking action (1031/refi/sell) etc. 

Though, this process will be the same for the other state (if you created a CA LLC you may need to register it as a foreign LLC in the state in which you are doing business/holding property).

That said, I haven't had to file a claim yet, so I can't speak to that part of the process.

This was the process for me:   Secure sufficient business lines of credit through Fund & Grow. 

I am doing much better in the properties where I have no pm, and the process is almost automated, using baselane to collect rent, good tenants, and few serviceman.If the tenants is not good, pms won't help either, not sure why I kept pms in the first place.
