I had a tenant that I heard rumor that they were dealing drugs.

5 years ago, there were rumors of a crash "a year from now". 4 years ago, those same rumors persisted.

Its been rumored that any municipality could opt in but only if their vacancy rate is below 5%.

I will eliminate PMI (just under 400/month) and take advantage of the lower interest rates (which feds are rumored to lower again in the near future).

The rumor is that the upstairs was basically closed off bc the insurance company didn’t want anyone from the upstairs unit pulling a mission impossible stunt to steal all the diamonds in the jewelry store.

Or is it just rumor?

So as you might've heard the stock market took a hit, I've heard some rumors as this being a sign of a looming economic downturn, will it turn out like that? 

I would also like to note that, from experience over about 50 deals in the last year and a half, that every institutional commercial lender I've worked with does in fact look at the buyer's cash flow, assets, and liabilities... not "just the property" as many seem to rumor.
