-Make sure the address matches the condo you are looking for-Make sure it says "Accepted"Tips-To search for only condos that are approved, check the box labeled "Retrieve only approved condos"-Using asterisks (*) does not work in the search bar (just type the word you are looking for with no special characters)-I have learned that usually the condo you are looking for is located based on its name, however, sometimes it is listed under it's address instead.

Pay $10K-$15K down, and once rented out, give him all the rent payments for however long, and once he's happy, you retrieve the rent payments and refinance out to pay him off or continue paying him the original terms, long term.

We've been having tenants apply through our Cozy.co listing as well as purchasing the credit & background check ($40), which is sent directly to us - it's been very convenient so far and is how I retrieved the info based on this post.Thankfully we're in a very comfortable financial situation and able to float the mortgage indefinitely, which gives me the confidence in passing on less than ideal tenants and keep looking for a quality tenant.
