Hiring a certified mold restoration company (can be $$) sometimes is needed as some buyers want the assurance that the mold was remediated properly.

I called the PM he said he would look into the company and I would not have to pay the fee...ok cool hope is restored in them. 

I reckon the best ethical compromise is to buy a quadplex; live in one and rent out the rest! Or

You could respond that you could have charged for the complete restoration.

I would suggest restore on forest park parkway or west co off manchester. 

Not sure how things are out there but I️ would only assume that if you restored it right in a historical fashion and marketed the property to a wealthy buyer who appreciates historic homes then possibly could have a massive deal.

You can have them restored and use them again and again.

They should have a restoration company to help with the clean up.
