We dodged an expensive problem a little more than a year ago when an ESA on a multi-family brought to light two abandoned USTs (~1000 USG each), both of which likely still had residue oil in them {unless they had rusted through and leaked}.

We are planning a further alteration to the system to have the return line(s) from the heat fed into the heat exchanger of the solar system - or perhaps a second heat exchanger - to allow recapture of residual heat in the return lines to preheat source water.

My fantasy deals for residual income purposes would be:a five star hotel having 120+ rooms with all of the lovely amenities, on-site restaurant... doesn't matter which U.S. housing market so long as its a thriving one.Condominium building with 20-30 units in Philadelphia, PaAn extravagant resort in the Carribeans, maybe my own island.
