I am creating a LLC in MD and am looking for a Resident Agent.

Conventional financing requires that you have a SSN, Permanent Residency in the US, and a US credit score.

That being said, I had competing issues. 1) my wife and I are buying a new primary residence (much to my chagrin), and 2) in december, we bought a condo rental that is currently being renovated (a much lighter project) and that process is also a little stressful.   

My primary residence is an apartment I rent in Brooklyn NY.

If you're not resident in Japan, you can't borrow from Japanese banks, and so that's out the window. 

I was a southern CT resident for 15 years and own a rental property in Trumbull CT as well.

I was preapproved with that amount before, but it was for a single family, primary residence about six months ago.

Although things will change this year, between HELOCs, 1031 Exchanges, and a Business Partnership, I'm up to 15 doors (including my personal residence) and I haven't done a down payment since 2015.
