I trust Ann, but don’t know if, while it’s listed for sale with her, if I can rent it through my present MC without some backlash from them.I prefer to continue seeing houses with Ann: we’re sort of friends, I think she knows what she’s doing, she rescued the purchase years ago, and I’m confident she will protect me as far as she can, as long as I remember HER loyalties to her broker, to herself, to the seller, and then to me.

Volunteer at horse shows, events, a rescue, local pony clubs, etc to get to know experts much like getting started in RE. 

We have rooms from 300 a month to $2,500 a month and everything in between....some furnished some not....just depends.We've rescued quite a few atlanta landlords over the past couple of years and helped a lot of homeowners to stay in their homes by renting a room or two or a basement.  

I have talked to animal rescue who has turned her into CPS...City will not return my calls except for landlord tenant, who is actually very helpful.

He would go down to the animal rescue and take pretty much anything that needed a home.

I tried cabinet rescue with a mini foam roller in white and got as good as sprayed results.

I spend my days rescuing dogs and horse's and playing with my 12 grandkids.
