The attractions to San Diego are many, from the amazing nightlife and frequent festivals/events, to the beaches.

This is my first week learning about of out of state investing and I have been researching religiously.

We spoke to another airbnb support person who explained the high risk a little more indepth..she said "festive time" with no reviews specifically which makes sense based on what you found too.

Avoid bold colors and political or religious decorations that could offend someone.

The music festivals were all cancelled during the height of the lockdown and airbnbs still did well despite the lack of these large attractions.

I've thought about this a lot lately....how can you be super religious and not pay your way?...

When working with either an agent or wholesaler I advise you to run your numbers religiously.

If you're not already using a calendar, I recommend you start using it religiously.

I can really envision the end product and am full of ideas.I used to religiously watch all of the house-flipping shows, but over the years I've heard a lot of negative things about flipping houses so I don't know what to think of it anymore.
