You see a bunch of results.ALL of them say "We Buy Houses In Connecticut  | Sell Your House Fast" as the title in the search heading.I mean ALL of the results have that.A surfer would have no incentive to click on any result specifically other than it is "#1 or 2 or 3 in the ranks.Now Imagine you see a result like this among all the same old results: "I am MONKEY I buy Your House with Chickens and Virgins"You WOULD probably click that link out of sheer curiosity.So Google thinks, "Ohh wow, for the search query "We Buy Houses In Connecticut", that weird chicken and virgins site gets 90% of clicks.

He said he had a deal but when I queried him on the repair numbers and the ARV he was shaky at best.I do my do diligence and find out the the property is on the NLS for 20K less than his wholesale price.When I contacted him hours later and told him the property was on the MLS his response was "Really".He did admit he was new but I told him the best way to alienate your buyers is to bring them deals that they can find themselves on the MLS for a price less than what you are selling it for.

And for anyone reading this, you can be great at SEO too regardless of whether you're on Wordpress.Wix, which is notorious for being terrible for SEO, is actually doing a really cool marketing campaign, where they've contracted two well known SEO firms to compete to see who can rank higher for the search query "Wix SEO".
