Deed Research

I am doing deed research on a possible property and am a bit confused, was hoping to get some help.

I see ONLY deed of trusts when I search the legal property name. Shouldn't I see a warranty deed in there someplace?

Here's what I see (all filed at the same time, on the same day):

MERS as grantee
Lehman brothers as grantee
Owner's name as grantor
someone else's name (who is listed as the "prepared by" on the deed)

Each deed of trust looks to be the exact same document. These are all from 2005 but the property was built in '57. Can someone help me figure out why I'm not seeing anything older? it's in dallas county if that helps at all.
