I'm looking to identify a builder with the following characteristics:1) Eager to grow his/her company and reputation in the market2) Has produced at least five high quality builds in Arizona which are at least 4K sq ft  3) Has proven track record of completing builds in a timely manner4) Personal capital to allocate to projects (optional, but ideal)Please reach out to me if you or someone you know might fit these criteria. are you set that you want luxury?

How would you manage risk? 

You know just as well as I do that the entry level SFH turn key model is nothing but a money grab for the turn key providers and PM's who ultimately manage the properties for them.

My job is our sole income and I get relocated for projects frequently so any property would have to be managed remotely (willing to invest anywhere in the states).Given the our situation above and our long term goals, I feel best next steps would be a heavy emphasis on networking and deal analysis.

With the right renovations, we saw it as an ideal project to maximize returns in a growing market, especially with our experienced partner, Seth Choate, by our side.

Continue renovating my current house--big projects would include finishing the basement (adding a bedroom/bathroom/living rm space) and putting new siding on (the current siding is probably the original).
