It's not an easy loan to get but the rate is very attractive and the fees are relatively low, as they are regulated.I have access to the program as a Mortgage Broker but have yet to do one.

Prior to having to go on this program,   due to having had a newborn baby boy,  Whom had to have multiple surgeries within the first few weeks of his life, I was a *Typical Renter* and had never even heard of the Program before,  in fact the Hospital staff introduced me to the program, as I had basically lost everything from having to stay in Baltimore at the Ronald McDonald house to be close to my son for a rather extended period of time...

Update- I have decided to go through and give the premier agent program a try.

I'm a wholesaler myself and currently doing a driving for dollars program as well.Looking to learn more about other tactics and creative strategies. 

We also have a subsidy program as well that we combine with NJMFHA to purchase 2-4 family properties and single family.

My husband & I are looking to get into real estate & David Lindah Re Mentor program caught my husband's eye. They state they offer coaching , training on deal structuring & a direct pipeline to investors....

I'm now 26, a recent father of 1 and a Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program, a Financial Engineer (its an odd mix of several areas such as actuarial mathematics, finance, software engineering).

I have to look into this program a bit more.
