Praise her for having stayed so long, then slowly begin to illustrate the issues pertaining to having her own storage when the rest of the building could really benefit from that space.

When you say you bought your 3rd, 4th, or 20th property some or all of those voices will fade out and become words of praise.

I am not familiar with Ohio, but for how much people praise OH here on the forums, I would expect that you could get better returns than the ones you described in your post @Nate Ziegler.

@Praise Emmanuel The university I’m near said that they are planning to open up in the fall, so I’ll proceed as normal for now.

While I cannot speak much to Indy, except that I frequently see fellow BPers praising the city for its solid cash flow, I can speak to the Atlanta market.

Yet another praise must be given for the BRRRR strategy. 

I haven't seen a single user make a post praising the changes, but I've seen plenty complaining about them (including some from long-time members, which to me is rather telling).Just my two cents.
