You could also include a yoga mat, free weights, and other small gym items in the closet and let the guests figure out where they'll do yoga.

For now I'm just telling myself (in a yoga pose) that it's part of the journey!

Yoga retreats that would end up in carpet burned from incense, athletic groups using the house as a food prep/staging area, etc.

But as one of our neighbors said "8 sounds like a party"....so we took the 2 upstairs bedrooms and made them into an Office and 'Yoga Room'.

It is irrelevant as to why any applicant may have a score below 650 but is very important when comparing applicants over 650 when screening for the most qualified.There may be many examples of tenants with low scores working out however any business practise based on luck is fool hardy at best. 

Look around for similar retailers in the area, like yoga and spinning studios, running stores, and lifestyle clothing stores.
