If they still don't respond I would post a notice, and tell them that even though evictions are postponed, you can still file it NOW (I'm assuming) and it's going to show up on their public record NOW.

There may not be much you can do on the property taxes at the moment as it is based on the valuation and the period to appeal may have passed in your county, but I would reach out to see what the latest updates are and if they will postpone the payment due without interest penalty due to what is going on in the economy.

Otherwise, I agree that tenants should pay if at all possible, but I am giving my tenants the ability to postpone payment for up to 3 months without interest in the event they have been laid off due to the virus.
