Chrome on mobile is clunky enough but BP banners, ads and layouts make it almost impossible to see what I type, answer questions etc.

I would buy and keep in reserve one of the portable units on wheels...

I have portable AC units or will offer to put tenants up in a hotel if their AC goes out in the Summer. 

If you buy in an area around Lake Winnipesaukee or Winnisquam you may find the ability to rent to STR folks that want the lake, to skiers-Gunstock ski area is in proximity to Lake Winni, and there are some ski mobile trails a bit north of Lake Winni closer to Squam lake. 

We are interested in Mobile County and the Huntsville area.We are from CT, so we are requesting your assistance in finding ~  a good Alabama real estate attorney, and ~  interested investors for quick flips (initially)  We welcome advice and feedback to increase our knowledge of this state and those counties.I appreciate it!

Has anybody heard of REI Mobile?

In fact the city of mobile has argued in court that you have an obligation to secure and maintain.

I own a small lot in Sutherlin (between Danville and South Boston) with a mobile home on it, I would like to rent this place out if I can. 

Park Makeup 3 TOHs, 6 POHs(Ones a Doublewide if that matters), and One Empty pad that I could use for projections for DSCR according to one commercial lender.Is there any way to better gauge what a park might appraise for if looked at for only pad rents occupied by mobile homes?

Recommend staying away from owning the mobile homes...
