Speak with the director of development (they're not always titled that way, so just ask for whoever deals with area developments, new construction, rezoning, etc.) to ask if they'd be supportive of your plan.

Over the last 10 years CA has the 2nd largest population gain of all states. 

It’s landlord-friendly, has strong population growth, and offers affordable entry points.

Census Bureau and Department of Housing and Urban Development just dropped their December report, and it’s big.

We’re developers managing our own portfolio and don’t have any outside investors.
