I just recently posted a very interesting question which I’m sure you too would find interesting and I literally get 1-2 responses max, where as, for example, a pretty boring question about what type of polish to use on a cabinet gets like 24 responses lol.

What are your thoughts on polished staining concrete in terms of appraisal

Can you not just a) paint the wall and ceiling b) polish any wood, glass or other surfaces and c) use some Febreeze or other substance on the carpets, curtains and what-not?

Next use a variable speed buffer and some rubbing compound to polish it back out.

Sellers will generally do what is in their own financial best interest so you need to be polished in your presentation and be able to answer any questions they have about the process.
