I had some REI knowledge but you basically paved the road to me and my families real estate investing strategy.

However, I wanted to get it inspected before trying to resale and unfortunately the previous owners had put a paved driveway over the tank.  

My reservation is that it's out in the sticks, the road that runs through the park isn't paved.  

This also strengthened our relationship with this lender and paved a clear path of our successes for other investors and lenders to see.

Not to sound like a broken record here but as our colleagues above me have so eloquently stated you are not only crushing it but are paving the inspirational road for all to follow. 

I just mention those as andidotal stories because I like to tell stories and I have been developing land since the late 70s and I have a lot of them.In CA it can take decades .I just did 7 lot split in North  Charleston SC and that was done in 120 days start to finish.. but it was on existing streets.... so just platting.I have a 23 lot project in Portland going right now... we will put the first stick in the ground 2 years from when I went into contract.. we started the underground in July and will pave next week.to be fair we have had a brutual winter .. and my excavator failed a Sewer pressure test and had to replace 300 ft of main line ( on his dime).. but with those two things we are 3 months longer than we like and with a 1.2 mil loan even at 6% its 20k in extra holding cost.When your doing development any dollars less than 100k are just small bills  LOL.

He told me he was walking down the hill next to the paved driveway to the trash bin,, the grass was wet and he slipped and fell..

Bonus income enclosed paved outdoor storage space.   

They do not want to pave it, and I said I would entertain the purchase and construction of a personal drive on my own.After consulting their attorney they asked to use a Quit Claim deed for the transaction, which I am hesitant to accept - would rather have at least a Deed without Warranty or better.  

@Lian L.This being a rental I wouldn't do much, but power wash the brick, change out the brown door to match the white one, and tear out all the landscaping and either cement it or pave it and put a couple of chairs and a little table there depending on your type of tenants.
