State laws require different things for deposits, so I can't speak to CA's specifics but would wager they require a separate interest bearing account for deposits.

Consult your lawyer.I'm no law expert, but I would wager that you waived your rights to evict for non-payment of deposit when you failed to collect the deposit for 6 months.

I can't speak to either of those schools, but I'd imagine the more expensive schools probably have nicer courses with prettier graphics and better quality audio/video... but I'd wager that the content is the same either way.

It's a personal goal and the tenants just buying me time, not making me money. i would like to parlay gains from appreciation or additional investment income into something real in AZ though, and while I'm making good money and am healthy and able I'd like to jump in 10 toes.
