I’ve been in the industry for several years, and my work has given me a solid understanding of property systems, maintenance, and what makes a home a great investment.I’m now looking to expand my own real estate journey by learning how to acquire and manage short-term and long-term rental properties.

I’ve been a real estate investor since 2015, owning and managing multiple multifamily properties and running a short-term rental business in Cape Cod, the Lakes Region of NH, and the Berkshires.

Is it something you could do on your own?   

I still have a huge desire to own a place in Mazatlan Mexico.

In fact, some of the best opportunities in real estate come from properties that others overlook—distressed homes with potential that just need the right investor to bring them back to life.If you’ve been in the game long enough, you know that distressed properties can offer huge upside, but they also come with their own set of challenges.

And, for those people who have more time than money, they can put in sweat equity into directly owned real estate.

I believe people are made stronger when they experience difficulty and have to make their own pat.

After a year you finance, it gets into BRR situation that is no money from your pocket as equity takes care of downpayment and you own the building.
