There is a lot of overlap as UVREIA is kind of a splinter from the larger SLREIA.I think both of them are worthwhile.  

The only overlap should be your personal credit in so far as the private lenders may care about your reputation and integrity.

I think its definitely a fuzzy area (with a lot of overlap) between the Short Term Rental class that Airbnb arguably started and Vacation Rentals (which I would put VRBO more in and is obviously more of a traditional asset class). 

If you continued to proceed, and left yourself with no options or overlap as to where you were living at the time, well, I know it sounds harsh, but I think that's on you.  

Also, Buildium and Rentec have a significant overlap of features for an 80% discount.
