Our company has designed over 100 flips for Real Estate Investors in 12 states, and one of the biggest mistakes that we see our investors (try to) make is always going BOLD with the design!

If all goes well, my monthly payments could drop about $60 from a tax reassessment in about six months.

All being said, most real estate investors advocate that the earlier you can take action and acquire your first deal, the quicker you'll learn.

I am in one of the higher tax brackets and could be saving around 40k~ a year on taxes with this.

I've seen 100-year old 1300sf houses in Phoenix in the historical district sell for more than new builds twice their size in the suburbs.
