I have a 10 unit on Noble Rd a few streets away from Monticello in much newer and nicer complex and will be the first one I sell in the next 6 months to a year.  

Any help analyzing this property I have offered to me would be a huge help:A 6 Unit in on Noble Rd in Cleveland Heights area of Cleveland.
